Shipping policy


Processing Time

All orders are hand-packed and quality-checked before they leave our shop.

Standard processing time is 4–7 business days before shipment.

During high-volume periods (sales, product launches, holidays), processing may extend to 7–10 business days.


Shipping Time

Once shipped, most domestic U.S. orders arrive in 2–5 business days, depending on the carrier.

Tracking information is automatically sent when the label is created.


Made-to-Order Items

Select specialty items (such as stabilizers or custom bundles) may require extra processing time, which will be clearly stated on the product page.


Multiple-Item Orders

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on inventory and availability.


Delays / Exceptions

We do our best to ship fast, but delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, staffing, or material shortages.

If your order is running behind, we will update you directly.


Address Issues

Gold Standard Finishing is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Please double-check your information at checkout.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, please contact the carrier first.

If the carrier cannot locate it, reach out to us and we’ll help resolve the issue.
